White pines are great - I love their whispy look and soft needles.
Hum.....wonder if it would be sorta like gin. Pine being an evergreen and all.
All I saw was a link for making homemade pine flavored vodka...
as long as it doesn't taste (or small) like Pine-sol
I know you can make beer from spruce trees, and a search for "spruce beer" yields a number of results. I wonder if you could do the same with white pine?
